the staff was very helpful and friendly. they gave us lots of advice about places to visit. the location is excellent (right near the airport ferry).
the walls seemed thin. i could hear other guests talking in their rooms. the decor was a bit tired looking.

The location was unbeatable. Major attractions were just a short walk away. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, readily offering advice on local sights. The room was always super clean, a testament to the excellent cleaning service provided daily. Window shutters effectively blocked out light, ensuring complete darkness for a restful sleep.
The walls seemed thin, I could hear other guests.

the location was prime! it was close to main attractions. also, the staff was helpful with directions, and my room, a double room, was clean. everything i needed was there.
check-in was not smooth. i had to carry my luggage up some stairs to reception. there wasn't any assistance available, and the air conditioning in the reception wasn't working, applying, twice. also there was no water in room, so i had to use vending machine
